TEAM is a health and wellness program serving union members various trades including construction, hospitality, retail, machinist and automotive.
People who work with their hands understand that tools are necessary. When a tool goes missing, everything suffers. Applying that thinking to mental health and wellness, the campaign positions TEAM as a critical and necessary tool of the trade. Workers can get the job done knowing that they can rely on TEAM to provide safe, confidential and inclusive support through life's challenges.
